White Sangria #1

1 bottle of white wine (I used Sauvignon Blanc)

1/2 cup lemon juice

3/4 cup triple sec / orange liqueur

3/4 cup white rum

1/2 cup peach simple syrup (reduce this if you don’t want your sangria to be overly sweet)

Add in as many strawberries, blueberries, and peach slices as your heart desires.

Combine in large container/pitcher

Serve over ice

Pro tip: Serve with a splash of sparkling water in just about any flavor.

Peach simple syrup: Throw three small peaches (peel removed and cut up into bite-sized chunks) and about a cup and a half of sugar in a glass jar and put in a cupboard or pantry for around two days. Shake container a couple of times to get the sugar to dissolve completely.
